Whats good party people..it's your boy Roc again..First off let me start by saying that Go Live Radio is coming back stronger than ever soon. Jeff C & I are taking on other projects so we put the radio show on hold for now. You can't stop real hip hop, so we will be back stronger than ever soon.
Go Live Radio Video of the Month comes to us from the homie Nasir Jones aka Nasty Nas bka Nas. Nas has been a critical part of the hip hop culture since 93 when he blazed us with his contrroversial verse off Main Source's "Live From The Barbecue" record. Since then, Nas has been putting out some timeless hip hop classics such as "Memory Lane", "One Love", "New York State Of Mind","If I ruled The world", "I Can","Ether" and many more.
Fast forward it to 2012 and Nas has done it again. His new single "Daughters" is one of those records where alot of us parents can relate to. Nas claims he wasn't the best role model for his daughter,but he reassures his seed that he cherishes her from birth to the present. This has got to be the dopest song of 2012 so far. I gave Jay Z that title when he dropped "Glory",but Nas, hands down has took over that spot.
