When you hear about Baltimore, Maryland, some of the things that come to mind are the Ravens, the Orioles, HBO's The Wire or The Corner. Basically Bmore is a place where the ships are at bay and the hustlers come out to play. BlackStaff, a hiphop group repping bmore has an unique style thats definitely street. I have personally seen one of the members,Raw Skinny blossom into a dope emcee from years back.So yes, lil roc cosigns this.(yes sir!!!)
